Loss limits work the same way: define the maximum net loss you will accept in a given period. When reached, your deposited balance is protected from further wagers until the period resets. Increasing a limit requires a mandatory cooling-off period before it becomes effective — this is intentional and cannot be bypassed.
Session Limits & Reality Checks
Set a maximum session length for any single continuous gameplay period. When your time limit is reached, you are prompted to review your activity and can choose to stop or continue with a refreshed limit — depending on the configuration in your account.
Reality checks appear at intervals you configure — every 30 minutes, 60 minutes or as preferred. They display your current session duration and net win/loss, giving you a factual snapshot to make an informed decision about whether to continue playing.
Cool-Off Period
A cool-off pause your access to the Platform for a defined short-term period — from 24 hours to several weeks — without permanently closing your account. During a cool-off period you cannot log in, place bets or access the live casino.
