These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and 777sd (hereinafter "777sd", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online entertainment platform accessible at https://777sd.cam (the "Platform" or "Site").

By accessing, browsing, registering for or using any part of the 777sd platform — including its sportsbook, live casino, slots, instant games and any associated features — you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 777sd Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are a natural person (individual human being) and not a corporate entity, trust, association or automated system.
• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction — whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is unlawful (a "Prohibited Territory").
• You have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration Requirements

When registering an account, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and any other information requested. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. 777sd reserves the right to suspend any account where information provided is found to be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and fraud prevention requirements, 777sd may at any time — and will typically require before processing a withdrawal — request that you complete identity verification. Acceptable documents typically include:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — both front and back, clearly legible and unaltered.
• A valid passport bio-data page, where CNIC is unavailable.
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill, bank statement or government-issued letter dated within the last three months) — where required by the operator.
• A liveness check or selfie photograph holding the identity document — as required to confirm document ownership.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 777sd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify 777sd immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Access to and use of the 777sd Platform is granted subject to your strict compliance with these Terms. By using the Platform you agree that:

• You will use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
• You will not use any automated software, bots, crawlers, scrapers or other non-human means to access, monitor or interact with the Platform.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, databases or backend infrastructure.
• You will not transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, threatening or harassing through any communication feature of the Platform.
• You accept that gambling involves financial risk and that 777sd makes no representation that any particular outcome will occur.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.
• Funds deposited into your account are your own and are not proceeds of criminal activity.

777sd reserves the right to restrict, suspend or permanently terminate access to the Platform for any User who breaches these Terms, without prior notice and without obligation to provide reasons where prohibited by applicable law or where such disclosure would compromise security or legal investigations.

6.1 Accepted Methods

777sd accepts deposits via payment methods listed on the Platform's cashier page at the time of your deposit. Payment method availability may vary. Familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are referenced for user context only. None of these providers endorse, partner with or support gambling activities on this Platform. Availability of any specific method depends on the operator's current integrations and your account verification status.

6.2 Currency

Deposits may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where the Platform supports PKR denomination. 7.2 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the payment method selected, your account verification status and any compliance checks required. 777sd does not guarantee specific processing speeds. E-wallet and instant-payment rail requests (such as those using familiar references like Easypaisa, JazzCash or Raast) may be processed faster than bank transfers, but neither speed is guaranteed. Bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah typically follow standard interbank clearing timelines. These institutions do not endorse gambling.

7.3 Withdrawal Refusal

777sd reserves the right to refuse or delay any withdrawal request pending completion of identity verification, fraud investigation, AML review, or where there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Users will be notified of any such hold and provided with guidance on the steps required to resolve the issue.

8.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and promotional credits offered by 777sd are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering on bonus funds"). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates per game category are published in the relevant promotion terms.

8.3 One Bonus Per User

Welcome bonuses and new-player promotions are available once per eligible user, household, IP address, device or payment method. 777sd reserves the right to withhold or revoke bonuses where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a User has attempted to claim multiple welcome bonuses through separate accounts or other means.

8.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds expire if wagering requirements are not met within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

A bet or wager placed on the Platform is not considered accepted until confirmation is displayed to the User and recorded in the Platform's system. 777sd reserves the right to reject, void or limit any bet at its sole discretion — including where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being offered, or where the User's account is under review.

9.2 Obvious Errors

Where a technical or human error results in clearly incorrect odds or terms being displayed (e.g., a cricket match listed at odds materially inconsistent with market rates), 777sd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. 777sd will take reasonable steps to identify and correct such errors promptly.

9.3 Sporting Events & Settlements

All sports betting markets — including markets on Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL T20 series, ICC tournaments, international football and other events — are settled in accordance with the Platform's published Sports Betting Rules, which form part of these Terms by reference. Settlement is based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In cases of dispute, 777sd's settlement decision is final subject to the dispute-resolution process outlined in Section 15.

9.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended or closed by 777sd at any time without notice, including during active play of an event. Any bets placed during a period of suspension may be voided at the operator's discretion.

9.5 Maximum Payouts

Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market type and per bet. Published maximum payout limits are available in the Platform's Sports Betting Rules section and may be updated periodically.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 777sd Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and potential legal action:

• Opening, operating or using multiple accounts simultaneously or sequentially to circumvent Platform rules or claim additional bonuses.
• Colluding with other users, including coordinating bets, sharing information about live-event outcomes or engaging in match-fixing activities in any form.
• Using software, scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools or any other automated means to interact with the Platform, analyse odds or place bets without prior written authorisation.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing errors for financial gain without promptly reporting the error to 777sd.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies that exploit odds discrepancies across markets in a manner designed solely to generate risk-free profit, as determined by the operator.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds that are proceeds of unlawful activity, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud or tax evasion.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity documents or personal information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Facilitating access to the Platform by any individual who is a minor, is self-excluded, or who is located in a Prohibited Territory.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threats or abusive conduct toward 777sd staff through any communication channel.

All content on the 777sd Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software code, game interfaces and the Platform's overall design — is the property of 777sd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from 777sd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
• Use any 777sd trademarks, logos or brand identifiers in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation or sponsorship without prior written authorisation.
• Scrape, harvest or otherwise systematically extract data from the Platform for any commercial purpose.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by 777sd.

13.1 No Warranty

The 777sd Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 777sd makes no representations or warranties of any kind — express or implied — regarding the Platform's uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, security from external threats, or suitability for any particular purpose.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777sd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity, system interruptions, technical failures or third-party actions.

13.3 Force Majeure

777sd shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from a Force Majeure event, including natural disasters, government actions, widespread internet disruptions, cyberattacks, pandemics or other events beyond 777sd's reasonable control.

13.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk, that outcomes are determined by chance and/or skill, and that 777sd cannot and does not guarantee any specific result. You participate at your own risk and with your own funds. 777sd is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through legitimate Platform use.

777sd reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, 777sd will provide reasonable notice by posting an updated version on the Platform with a revised effective date and, where practical, by notifying registered users via their registered email address or in-Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. 777sd recommends reviewing these Terms at least once per calendar quarter or whenever you receive a notification of change.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777sd is licensed or incorporated, as applicable.
